Esri software serves a wide spectrum of applications and industries. At Esri, different industry-related webpages were sub-divided by type and managed by separate people. In 2017, a project initiative was put in motion to standardize the web pages that represent and serve the various industry sectors. I was tasked with creating a set of illustrations that represented each of the main industry sectors served by Esri—everything from manufacturing to natural resource management. I landed on a modular isometric illustration style that allows for reconfiguration and expansion. Each illustration sits on a standard square tile and the individual pieces can be combined to create new illustrations and scenes.
